What areas do you cover?
We cover Gloucestershire and the surrounding Cotswold area - Including Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Cirencester.
What hours do you work?
We normally work Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 17.00. We will also work evenings and weekends when it is unavoidable, and particularly to give estimates.
Are you insured?
Yes, our engineers are Gas Safe and / or OFTEC registered and we have public liability insurance.
How do I ask for a quotation?
Just give us a call or email us to arrange an appointment time that is convenient and suitable to you. We will then visit you at home to discuss your requirements. A full and detailed quotation will be sent to you within 5 working days. All our estimates are FREE OF CHARGE and valid for 30 days.
Do you have a call out charge?
Yes, we do have a call out charge which covers the first hour of any necessary work. For larger jobs lasting more than a few hours we aim to provide a fixed price in advance.
What are your payment terms?
With servicing and maintenance jobs we require payment within 7 days on your receipt of invoice. For larger installations and refurbishment work we will tailor a payment plan for your quotation at the start of the project.
How long does a typical bathroom or central heating refurbishment take?
This will depend on the size and complexity – Please call us directly for a more detailed estimate.
Do you offer a fitting only service?
Yes. We realise that many of our customers prefer to source and buy their own fittings.
Will I need to be at home when the work is carried out?
No, as long as we have access to your property. This can be by either leaving us a key or a friend/neighbour granting us access.
Will you offer advice over the phone?
We are happy to speak to our regular customers if they have a specific plumbing or heating problem and need our advice and support.
